We work with the businesses that built this city and the towns around it. Trades, professional services, hospitality, and the operators who keep them running. Most are good at what they do and held back by processes that grew by accident rather than design.

We close that gap. We build the website, fix the operations, and where it makes sense, we stay on to run the systems with you.

Adam Reidy-Thompson & Neo Haddlesey

Altiora was founded by Adam Reidy-Thompson and Neo Haddlesey. Both of us come from accountancy and wealth management, industries where small process failures cost real money, and where discipline, compliance, and clean data are not optional.

We spent years watching well-run firms protect their margin through systems, controls, and sharp execution. Then we watched smaller businesses lose that same margin for want of the same basics. The Altiora playbook is what we learned in those industries, rebuilt for service SMEs that cannot justify a finance function or an operations team of their own.

That background shapes how we work. We measure before we recommend. We flag risk early. We do not sell you software you will not use.

Our Mission

Most service businesses don't lose money on the big things. They lose it in the gaps. The quote that never got chased, the job priced from memory, the admin that eats an evening a week. We find those gaps and close them.

Altiora exists to give UK service businesses the operational backbone they've never had time to build. We plug revenue leakage, cut the waste out of day to day operations, and put systems in place that hold up when the volume doubles. We don't write reports and leave. We build the thing and we fix the thing.

The businesses we work with are the backbone of the economy, and most of them still run on spreadsheets, memory, and the owner's phone. That's a solvable problem. Our vision is a service sector where firms of any size operate with the discipline and technology usually reserved for companies ten times bigger. We prove it once, systemise it, then repeat it. Growth that survives the person who built it.
